Enterprise Agile & SAFe Transformation

Modernizing delivery models at scale

Large organizations don’t struggle with a lack of frameworks. They struggle with alignment, flow, and decision-making at scale. This track focuses on helping enterprises move from fragmented, project-heavy delivery models to coherent, product-oriented operating models—using Agile and SAFe not as the goal, but as enablers of better outcomes, predictability, and coordination.

My Approach:

Start with the system, not the ceremonies: funding models, governance, dependencies, and decision rights

  • Design the operating model and cadence before scaling teams

  • Align portfolio, product, and delivery into one execution system

  • Build leadership ownership and clarity, not just team-level adoption

  • Focus on flow, predictability, and outcomes, not maturity scores

Case Study 1: From project overload to coordinated product delivery (Financial Services)

A large regulated financial services organization was running dozens of parallel initiatives across technology and business teams, with constant priority churn, missed commitments, and limited visibility into what would actually ship.

Case Study 2: Scaling agility across multiple business units (Media & Digital Platforms)

A digital media organization had pockets of Agile teams, but no consistent model for coordinating work across platforms, shared services, and business units.

What typically changes as a result

  • From project chaos → product-aligned execution

  • From local team optimization → enterprise flow

  • From reactive planning → predictable delivery

  • From framework adoption → operating model clarity
